Activities within the Resort

Aqua Park

The Aqua Park is home to La Torretta Del Lago’s multiple pools, featuring an upper adult pool with infinity edge that cascades down into a 6400 sq. ft. Mediterranean pool. Other pools include the BreezeBuster pool, the Splash Scape kids' pool with an in-water playground, and the Pollywogs pool for the youngest of water lovers.

Miniature Golf

Children and adults alike are sure to enjoy testing their putting skills on the resort’s beautifully landscaped, challenging, yet fun miniature golf course. La Torretta Del Lago's miniature golf course is lighted so you can enjoy a round at night.

Adventure Pointe

Located in a fence enclosure just outside the main entrance to the resort this exciting 365 day-a-year program for children ages 5-11, complete with their own private playground and supervised by the Adventure Pointe’s activities staff. Children should come dressed to play. Please contact the Adventure Pointe directly for activities, availability and rates.

The Edge

Teenagers visiting La Torretta Del Lago Resort & Spa now have a place to call their very own. Located just outside the main entrance to the resort, The Edge features over-stuffed furniture, cool games such as remote control racing cars and the latest in technology including a WII, creating an environment that is perfect for hanging out and relaxing.

Lake Activities

Boating/Water Sports

When your neighbor is fabulous 22,000-acre Lake Conroe, you know you’re in for a good time. Bring your own boat or borrow one of ours. For all that you can desire stop by our Marina located on the lake at the end of the Aqua Park. Special licensing and age requirements apply. Please contact the Water Sports staff for complete detail on all rentals.

Personal Watercrafts

Climb aboard one of our top-of-the-line Personal Watercrafts for a high-speed tour of the lake or to try out your free-style tricks.

Fishing

Launch from La Torretta Del Lago and spend the day fishing for largemouth bass or catfish. Please note all anglers must have a current state issued Texas Parks & Wildlife fishing license to fish on Lake Conroe.

Kayaking

Explore the lake on a more personal level as you take a solitary or group guided tour across the water.

Water Skiing

Again, bring your boat or enjoy one of ours, complete with water skiing expert.

Parasailing

Enjoy La Torretta Del Lago's beautiful scenery from a whole new angle as you soar high above the lake with our parasailing crew. Offered Spring and Summer only.

Wakeboarding

Not for the weak of heart, wakeboarding is a great way to cool off and catch some air.

Resort Activities

Fitness Center

Enhance your most valuable asset. You can’t put a price on good health. From racquetball courts to high tech equipment to personal training and nutritional assessment-our 10,000-square-foot fitness Center offers you everything you need to stay in top physical and mental condition. Our younger fitness enthusiasts under the age of 16 are all welcome with the supervision of a parent or guardian. The kids’ workout area is available for children between the ages of 7-15 who must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian. You can access the Fitness Center with your room key and it is open 24 hours for your convenience.

Tennis Center

Hit the courts! Test your skills on one of our five lighted, hard-surface tennis courts and it won’t be long before you’ll find your competitive spirit kicking in. Located across from our conference center building.
